The Wedding Floral Investment Guide
Discover what goes into creating your wedding florals, explore estimated investment ranges, and begin planning a floral vision thoughtfully tailored to your celebration.
Understanding Your Floral Investment
Every wedding we design is unique, and your floral investment is shaped by much more than the number of arrangements you select. Your venue, guest count, floral varieties, seasonality, scale, level of abundance, custom installations, and the production required to bring everything together all influence the final investment.
At Vella Nest Floral Design, each celebration is thoughtfully customized around your vision and floral priorities. Our full-service wedding floral design begins at $8,000 and may include personal flowers, ceremony and reception florals, statement installations, candles and styling elements, along with the production and event-day services required to bring your floral vision to life.
What Shapes Your Floral Investment?
No two weddings require the same floral investment. These are some of the key elements that influence the overall scope and cost of your floral design.

Scale & Abundance
The number of tables and spaces being designed directly influences the quantity of floral pieces needed.

Design & Production
Arches, aisle meadows, staircases, hanging florals, and other statement installations require additional flowers, mechanics, and production.
Venue access, delivery requirements, setup windows, room transitions, and teardown all contribute to event-day production.
Behind every wedding is extensive sourcing, processing, mechanics, design preparation, staffing, installation, and coordination.
